Large tree work, specialist pest treatment or landscape construction should be scoped separately instead of being assumed within everyday gardening.

Start with a usable location brief: the sector or society, the nearest practical arrival point and whether the job is in an apartment, house, office or separate portion. Share an exact address privately once a candidate meeting is being arranged. A neighbourhood name alone does not establish the length of the journey or the hours a person can work.

Write down the first task that must be completed each day and the time the shift should finish. For a live-out placement, discuss transport before agreeing the start time. For a live-in position, explain accommodation, meals, rest periods and how time away from work is handled. Confirm society entry arrangements before the first day so the worker and household understand who will coordinate access.
