What this platform does

Domestic Staff Provider provides profiles, job posts and applications. It does not employ listed workers, arrange placements, collect wages, provide a replacement guarantee or act as an intermediary. There is no platform placement commission. Any separate Staffly agency service has its own terms and is not part of this direct marketplace.

Who may join

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate details and use your own account. Post only genuine household or support roles. Do not impersonate another person or publish another person’s contact details without permission.

Hiring and work arrangements

Employers and workers make their own decisions and agree duties, compensation, schedules and other terms directly. Both parties are responsible for complying with applicable law. No platform contract is arranged, but a clear written record of the employment terms is recommended.

Member information and conduct

Profiles and posts are self-reported. The platform does not guarantee identity, background, qualifications, availability or hiring results. Do not post scams, illegal or exploitative work, abusive material, discriminatory unlawful requirements, identity documents or private household addresses. Do not charge workers to apply.

Contact access

Use revealed contact details only for relevant hiring conversations. Bulk collection, resale, unsolicited marketing and harassment are prohibited. Security checks and rate limits may restrict access.

Managing your account

You can edit or pause your profile, close a job, withdraw an application and delete your account. We may hide reported content or restrict misuse. Save your recovery code; without it or your password, automated account recovery is not available.
